MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA MATA PELAJARAN UMUM DI SMAN 1 MURUNG KABUPATEN MURUNG RAYA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the management of character education learning in SMAN 1 Murung, Murung Raya Regency, including planning, implementing and evaluating character education learning. This research is a field research (field research) using a qualitative approach. Data collection methods consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were teachers of general subjects (English, mathematics and entrepreneurship craftsmanship) at SMAN 1 Murung with supporting informants on the head of curriculum, students and parents of students. The results showed that learning character education at SMAN 1 Murung for the three subjects of mathematics, English and entrepreneurship craftsmanship was honesty, carefulness, responsibility, religion and discipline. Each student is given an understanding of how to apply the above character values in learning activities. Learning planning through syllabus and RPS which contains the character values of each sub-material. The implementation of character education learning is contained in teaching and learning activities, especially in assignments. The teacher will see the extent to which students can be honest in doing assignments. And finally the evaluation is carried out in the form of a theory in the form of an assignment to students. They are asked to work honestly, discipline and responsibly. Whereas the second is with practice where from there he can see firsthand changes in the character of students.
